SPA/95F
BIO-SIL SPA/95F is a 95% active dispersion of mineral oil, surfactants and wax, specifically designed for antifoaming and defoaming during the wet stages of sugar processing but can also be used in range of other applications. BIO-SIL SPA/95F is safe for use in food processing applications, is effective at low concentrations and is completely silicone free.

As a processing aid:
For maximum de-foaming efficiency, pre-dilute BIO-SIL SPA/95F with 3 to 5 parts of water or media momentarily before adding to the foaming system to facilitate rapid distribution into the system.
For end use:
BIO-SIL SPA/95F can be added directly from the original shipped container to the foaming system. Concentrations in the range of 0.05 to 0.1% have been determined as a good starting amount for most applications.
Please note - Testing before formulating should still be carried out as systems vary.

- The warranty period without testing is 12 months from date of manufacture, if stored in the original unopened container at 4°C to 27°C.
