Starting Guide.

As a processing aid: For maximum de-foaming efficiency, pre-dilute BIO-SIL VPA/1000 with 3 to 5 parts of water or media momentarily before adding to the foaming system to facilitate rapid distribution into the system.

For end use: BIO-SIL VPA/1000 can be added directly from the original shipped container to the foaming system. Concentrations in the range of 0.05 to 0.1% have been determined as a good starting amount for most applications.

Compliances.

BIO-SIL VPA/1000 is certified Halaal. Produced under ISO 9001 and FSSC22000 management systems.
Complies with FDA Code of Federal regulations Title 21 Section 173.340 – Secondary direct food additive used as defoaming agents for the processing of beet sugar and yeast.
