Dash Concentrate
BIO-SIL DASH CONCENTRATE is a polydimethylsiloxane based anionic emulsion polish compatible with non-ionic perfumes and colourants. It is formulated for the auto care industry. BIO-SIL DASH CONCENTRATE enhances tyres, rubber mold surfaces most non-painted bumpers and most dashboards, testing required. BIO-SIL DASH CONCENTRATE, once cured forms a 100% dry high gloss film, which can last longer than other tyre and dash products. BIO-SIL DASH CONCENTRATE is dilution ready and stable

Starting Guide
BIO-SIL DASH CONCENTRATE (diluting) The best results are achieved by diluting BIO-SIL DASH CONCENTRATE 2:1 water, add more water for more natural shines. In a shaded area, make sure surface to be treated is clean and free from dirt, dust and oil/grease. If using a brush, then wet the tip of the brush with the BIO-SIL DASH CONCETRATE dilution and apply onto the tyre wall. The curing speed is determined by the climate. If applying with a spray apparatus, lightly wipe off excess run with a clean rag to prevent the polish from running onto the rim or floor. After application the polish will be blue in colour, which indicates the areas coated. When cured the polish is completely transparent and non-tacky unlike other tyre polishes.
Caution
Do not splash products onto porous surfaces as this product will cause staining which when cured cannot be removed. Should the product splash immediately rinse area with copious amounts of water and soap before curing sets in. Testing on small areas to be treated should always be conducted before complete application. The polish should also be wiped off from the wheel rim or metal surfaces immediately before curing sets in. If the polish accidentally cures on the metal surface of the rim then wash it off with a soapy cloth and hard pressure on the cured surface.
Please Note.
Testing before formulating should be carried out as systems vary.
Material Safety Data Sheets are available upon request.
The shelf life period without testing is 12 months from date of manufacture, if stored in the original unopened container at 2°C to 39°C.
Emulsions have the tendency to separate when stored for extended periods; this does not indicate shelf life failure, after mild agitation this emulsion will still perform effectively.
