IGP 100
BIO-SIL IGP/100 is a 100% active antifoam blended from silica derivatives specifically formulated for the controlling of foam in oil and acrylic based paint coatings. BIO-SIL IGP/100 has a high level of efficiency at low dosages, reducing paint manufacturing cost. The de-foamer is indestructible in the pigment grinding phase of paint manufacturing. BIO-SIL IGP/100 is able to withstand all pH levels.

Starting Guide.
For non-aqueous applications BIO-SIL IGP/100 can be pre-dispersed to use in kerosene, white spirits, amylacetate, 2-ethylhexatol, toluene as well as solvents of similar nature. For aqueous applications BIO-SIL IGP/100 is effective when dispersed on isopropanol or a tertiary butyl alcohol at a suggested starting point of 10ppm w/w.

The warranty period without testing is 12 months from date of manufacture, if stored in the original unopened container at 4°C to 27°C. Over long periods of storage time the compound needs to be agitated for best performance
