PE 35
BIO-SIL PE35 is a non-ionic 35% emulsion of silicone, primarily formulated as a lubricity aid and anti-smearing additive for offset printing machine and folding bars (correct dilution ratio dependent). BIO-SIL PE35 exhibits excellent stability and performance over wide pH and temperature ranges. Unlike 100% active, oil based release agents, BIO-SIL PE35 is nontacky and easily removed by use of detergents and solvents. The good surface wetting and slip properties are unaffected by the addition of water. BIO-SIL PE35 has enhanced slip performance and its low viscosity allows for ease of use with automated dosing systems.

Please Note.
The warranted shelf life is 12 months untested, if stored in original unopened containers at temperatures between 2°C and 39°C. Emulsions have the tendency to separate when stored for extended periods; this does not indicate shelf life failure, after mild agitation this emulsion will still perform effectively.
